GIST Institute of Integrated Technology was established in 2015 with the purpose of fostering new talents capable of interdisciplinary convergence to create new industries and take the lead in revitalization of local economy.

(SIT : Graduate Program of Culture Technology, Graduate Prgroam of Intelligent Robotics Technology)
06 Nov. 2020 Graduate School of Energy Convergence was founded
06 Jan. 2017 A new program called "Intelligent Robotics Technology" was introduced under the School of Integrated Technology
(three programs of Energy, Culture and Intelligent Robotics are in place)
02 Dec. 2015 Two Programs were introduced under the School of Integrated Technology (Energy Technology and Culture Technology)
29 Oct. 2015 The Institute of Integrated Technology was founded
